Granada Trip - February 2011
On Thursday 17th February, a normal school day will run until period 2.
1. Student will bring their luggage which will be stored at the back of the reception.
2. Students are not required to wear school uniform to attend lessons Period 1 and 2.
3. Passports will be collected on their way in by Mr TRAVE or another member of the MFL team to make sure that they do not get misplaced. Please make sure that your child carries all necessary documents for the trip (passport and European Health Card).
4. Students will be allowed to hand in any cash that they may bring to the trip for safety reasons. This will be returned to your child upon arrival to the hotel, the following morning.
5. Students will be provided with a school identification card which must be carried at all time. Please reinforce the importance of this. This card provides vital information in case any member of the group gets separated from the group.
6. Should your child require taking any medication during the trip, please make sure that medication is put in a sealed bag with the student’s name and the information regarding the medication. Medication bags will be collected in the morning and will also be returned when needed.
7. Please read out the code of conduct to your child together with the Dos and Don’ts before de day of departure. This will indeed clarify any misunderstanding in relation with expected behaviour.
