We are writing to inform you that there is a residential trip for Year 8 taking place in July. The purpose of this trip is to further encourage team work within the year group. This trip has proved to be a great success for the past 3 years, and we are delighted to be able to offer this opportunity again to the current year 8. Places on this trip are limited and we are offering them to pupils who have demonstrated good progress and contribution within the last year.

Adventure International undertakes to conform to any safety criteria recommended by any relevant governing body or LEA now or in the future.
Payment
Payment for the trip will be required as a deposit plus 3 instalments:
- £100 16th October 2009 (deposit)
- £100 30th January 2010
- £100 25th March 2010
- £90 20th May 2010
If you would like your child to take part in this residential trip please complete the reply slip attached and hand it into Reception with the deposit by 16th October, 2009. Alternatively you can pay via parentpay.
If you would like your child to come on the trip but have problems paying the deposit by the date above please contact me. Once the deposit has been paid it will be non-refundable. Pupils can be removed from the trip at any point for poor behaviour in school.
